Greenfields Lesson Policy
Sec. 1. Payment for Lessons:
A. Lessons are to be paid in full and are due a week before the first of the
upcoming month.
B. Cancelled Lessons cannot be used as payment for a month of lessons.
C. You are required to pay for a scheduled lesson even if it falls on a holiday
or if Greenfields needs to cancel that scheduled lesson. Holiday lessons
and Greenfields cancelled lessons fall under Rescheduling Lessons Sec. 4
Sec. 2. Missed Lessons:
A. A missed lesson is a lesson that was not cancelled and cannot be
rescheduled.
B. A missed lesson will be considered as a lesson and you will be billed for
that time.
Sec. 3.Cancelled Lessons:
A. A cancelled lesson is one that Greenfields or staff had been notified about
at least three hours before the scheduled lesson.
B. A cancelled lesson can be made up after rescheduling.
C. A cancelled lesson must be made up in addition to your current lesson
schedule.
D. If Greenfields needs to cancel a lesson you will need to reschedule at your
convenience.
Sec. 4.Scheduling/Rescheduling Lessons:
A. To schedule/reschedule a lesson you will need to call Greenfields -
(610) 932.5553 - Leave a message with your name/number and the
times you would like to schedule. In the event of phone-tag, it is very
helpful if you can confirm lesson times by calling.
Sec. 5.Dropping Out of Lessons:
A. If you need to drop out of lessons you are require to pay for all lessons you
have taken up to that point. See Sec. 1 A.
B. If you drop out of lessons and then decide to come back to lessons you
will be considered a new student. Lesson times and schedules will not be
saved and will need to be scheduled. See Sec.4
